RETURN POLICY
Overview
Our return policy lasts 5 days after you receive your product(s). If 5 days have passed since you have received product(s), we can’t offer you a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Additional non-returnable items:

- Items on SALE.
- Any item which you buy under any type of offer.
- Discounted items.
To complete your return, we require a Receipt or Proof of purchase and photos of product. Order Number, Date of Purchase, Date of delivery and Amount should be mentioned clearly.
Product be found to have a fault, My Military Shop will first attempt to repair, If failing to do so we will replace the product and if problem still persist, only then will we do a refund.
Initiate Return
To initiate return, you have to send us email at support@mymilitaryshop.com attach Proof of purchase and photos of product (which you want to return or exchange). Also mention Order Number, Date of Purchase, Date of delivery, Amount and reason for return in email. Once your email for return is received (along with original Purchase receipt and required details and reason), we will verify your purchase and on successful verification, we will send you an email and provide you physical address to ship product.
Once we will receive product, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If you are approved, then your return process will be started, and you will be paid within 7 working days.
If not approved, we will deliver product back to you on original address (Customer has to pay upfront for any and all costs resulting from delivery and collection).
NOTE: Any and all costs resulting from delivery and collection will be for the customers account..
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
